Dear Valued Retail Partner,
During a routine Regulatory review of international compliance requirements, we determined
that several gel products within our portfolio were identified as not conforming to Canada’s
current Veterinary Health Products (VHP) program health supplement requirements as it
relates to product labeling. As part of our ongoing commitment to compliance, quality, and
transparency, PetAg has made the determination to discontinue fulfillment of orders for
these specific items effective immediately.
